There are several full fics just about Kirk and Tarsus. Not enough, in my opinion, since it's one of my favorite background aspects of the character, but definitely a dozen or so. Most are, of course, TOS, since it started there. You could even argue that in Reboot it never happened as his history was changed after all, so there are certainly a lot less Reboot Tarsus fics, though this isn't the only one I've seen. There are also at least three books that deal very heavily with the Tarsus background (one in which it made him never want to go to space again so why he joins Starfleet then needs to be solved. Ironically, his father features heavily in that book). I'll try to find the URLs and such for you. Give me a few days?

Now to comment on the actual fic. Actually, I think I commented on the kink meme, I know I bookmarked it, but...This was awesome. He wouldn't talk about it, that's not Jim, you got that perfect, and I love how he starved himself for others because he's used to it, how he and Kevin dealt with it (different from TOS, but very realistic). I did like that you didn't imply abuse besides the actual situation itself. Kodos was deranged, but Kirk's right, he did what was logical to him. I loved reading this.
