I think but am not entirely sure that the building the CN tower is being reflected in is the RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) building, which has real gold in its windows (for practical reasons not just hedonistic self-referential banking reasons).
There are a lot of reflective surfaces downtown! Sometimes it is a little jarring.
